Big change in Cameroon

 President Paul Biya of Cameroon has recently signed several significant decrees. One of the notable decrees is Decree No. 2024/192 signed on June 4, 2024, which ratifies the Commercial Credit Agreement to finance the PLANUT Project. This project focuses on regional development in the localities of Mbere, Vina, and Faro and Deo. This initiative aims to boost infrastructure and improve living conditions in these regions​ (PRC)​.

Additionally, another decree signed on the same date, Decree No. 2024/191, ratifies the Buyer Credit Agreement for the same PLANUT Project. These agreements are part of the government's ongoing efforts to foster regional development and improve economic conditions in underserved areas​ (PRC)​.
